We have been very fortunate in Mountain Shadows over the last few days to have comparatively minimal flood damage. Where many of our neighbors in Boulder and throughout the county have suffered from complete inundation and structural damage, most of our units are completely dry, and those that have taken on water have primarily experienced basement seepage and/or water entry through window wells.

If your basement had some water damage, please call a mitigation service immediately if you haven’t already done so.

We would also like to know about the damage to your unit so we can determine the impact to the community. Memos will be delivered to each unit Saturday, Sept 14 with a form to fill out with details on your situation.
