Dear Mountain Shadows Homeowners,

Per the March BTC Board meeting, effective April 1^st, 2013 the NEW homeowner dues amount is $320/month.  Also, decided at that meeting was an annual special assessment of $360 due on October 1^st, 2013 and late on October 10^th, 2013.  Please refer to the following pages for a more in depth explanation for these increases.
