Dear Mountain Shadows Homeowners with ACH (automatic withdraw of dues) dues payments,

Since the dues have increased from $298 to $320 per month, your month automatic dues withdraw to BTC will be $320.  This new amount will be changed automatically by BTC and is typically pulled from your account on the fifth of the month beginning in April. If you have any issues with BTC making this change, please let us know immediately.

Additionally, the $360 special assessment due in October will need to be paid separately at your convenience by check and will not be automatically withdraw from your account.
