All members who are in good standing with the HOA are eligible to vote.
There are four positions on the Board of Directors open for election/re-election. This includes the Board President, Melissa Stratman—who is resigning due to extensive travel commitments, as well as Bal Patterson, Thomas Harris, and Jennifer Simpson.
We need at least one new community member to join the board! If you are interested in committing to joining the board for a volunteer two-year term, please contact our manager Chad McGee with your name, a short bio and your address. All homeowners in good standing are encouraged to participate.

Why You Should Attend this Year
With our aging facilities and infrastructure, we are facing maintenance issues that call for new ideas and some challenging decisions.
This year we would like to address the disintegrating sewer lines throughout Mountain Shadows. We are also discussing options and ideas for dealing with ongoing costly maintenance of the building facades, with the hope of finding more cost-effective options for the long term as well as look into ways of upgrading the appearance at the same time. Please come be a part of the discussion.
